Cool things from the internet I like

I have been wondering what to do now that search engines have been flooded with bad results, and often entirely AI generated pages. This page is me trying to chip away at the problem, by recommending cool things! Maybe this way someone will be able to find something cool they like, without having to use a search engine.

• Mediathekviewweb.de, a great website for watching german public broadcast tv stuff.
• The Internet Archive, an archive of almost everything you can imagine, including websites thanks to the wayback machine.
• IMSLP, a library for sheet music that is in the public domain.
• gamingonlinux.com, a website about—you guessed it—gaming on linux. It features news about upcoming games and guides, among other things.

Dictionary Websites

• wordreference.com, a multi language dictionary
• Digitales Wörterbuch der deutschen Sprache, a german dictionary
• Den Danske Ordbog, a danish dictionary

Humorous stuff

• Legendary thread on some german forum about shits that are too big to be flushed.

Miscellaneous

• Your local library! Have you tried it? Maybe take a look at its website, chances are it has lots of cool digital resources for you as well, besides a ton of books.
• data.coop, a cooperative I'm part of that operates a lot of cool digital infrastructure.
